Snowday in Brussels

One of the things I like so far about Brussels is the fact that it snows regularly, at least when compared to Gravesend in England where I come from. And, as someone who like to think of herself as artsy, the pretty snow allows me to indulge my artistic side. I took these pictures with my phone and didn't edit them at all, so I am pleased with how they've turned out. I already shared a couple of them on instagram, but I got the idea from Ibibio Girl to also share them here. Click to see them full-sized...and enjoy!

  3. Lovely pics! The good thing about the snow (at least here) is that it means that it isn't too cold outside.

    1. Thanks GNG. I think you're right actually, although to be honest, I just really love snow because we never (well hardly ever) get it where I come from in England. I'm like a child when it snows! You being Canadian, the whole thing must be absolutely banal for you by now though lol!

P.S: I was talking with one Onyibo man 3 days ago, and he said it gets up to -10 degrees in Romania.. Is it ever that cold in Brussels or the UK? 1. No oh, I did not. I like taking photos of landscapes, but I stopped cos my old phone wasn't very good. @colours of the weather, that is so true and poetic! And don't you remember around Xmas when we had -7 here in Brussels? It can go even lower (although not often). In the UK too, but I come from the part which is usually one of the (if not the) warmest. Glad I'm back online...need to catch up!
